How to track your package:

As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you with a tracking number. Please allow one to two days for the tracking number to be activated.

If you gave us the wrong address at checkout Email us ASAP at info@kendrajhall.com and we will do everything we can to update this for you. As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.

If your order has already been shipped then we can't make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won't be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.
